Admission process

HOW TO REGISTER TO THE ACCA QUALIFICATION AT GCS:

  1. Duly fill the registration form. Link: https://forms.gle/aNwFCLUQnsx4KYiR6
  2. Submit a copy of the following documents to admission@globalcoaching.mu:
    • Passport (data page). Your passport must remain valid for the entire duration of the programme you have applied.
    • Academic Certificates / professional certificates and transcripts of previous qualifications
    • Detailed CV
    • Candidates below the age of 18, should provide a parental consent letter.
  3. Upon submission of all required documents and successful completion of internal verification, the institution shall issue an unconditional offer letter together with the corresponding invoice and bank details.
  4. Candidates are required to submit their duly signed acceptance letter within ten days of the date the offer is issued, ensuring that the qualification is clearly specified. To send scanned copy to admission@globalcoaching.mu and original to follow by post to the address:

  5. After receiving the offer letter, you may proceed with the payment of the course fees as per invoice issued by the admin team. Pay your fees in USD based on the international payment plan for your programme and intake. Payment should be made either full or by deposit and in one single transaction. The student number (GCS/Int001) must be mentioned as a reference.
  6. International students are required to settle the full course fees for the first academic year, covering Semester One and Semester Two, prior to the submission of their student visa application. In addition, a non‑refundable processing fee of USD 165 shall be payable in respect of the administration of the visa application.
  7. Upon confirmation of your payment, you will be issued with the official offer letter, the student contract, student undertaking form and all visa guidance documents. Following verification, you must submit the Application For Student Visa Application Form (original) and the required documents as specified on the Passport and Immigration Office (PIO) website:
    1. The PIO will then issue a Provisional Entry Permit (PEP) valid for three months. This permit will be forwarded to GCS, and a copy will be provided to you. With the PEP in hand, you may proceed to book your flight and finalise your accommodation arrangements.
    2. Please note that all conditions specified in the PEP must be strictly observed.
    3. Upon arrival in Mauritius, you will then be required to apply for a Student Residence Permit.
    4. Should the candidate fail to secure the visa from the PIO, the total amount paid, excluding the application fee, will be refunded.
    5. Candidates must not travel to Mauritius without first obtaining a provisional student permit from the PIO. Failure to do so may result in deportation.
  8. It shall be the sole responsibility of candidates to ensure compliance with all legal, educational, financial, and administrative requirements in their country of origin prior to enrolment. This includes, but is not limited to, securing valid travel documents, obtaining certified academic records, fulfilling health or insurance obligations, and adhering to any governmental approvals necessary for overseas study.
